PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE

By using the Repair Your Computer At Home service, or any of the products or services (collectively the "Services") available on the Site, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these terms and conditions and such other additional or alternative terms, conditions, rules and policies which are displayed or to which you may be directed in connection with any particular Repair Your Computer At Home Service, all as may be modified by Repair Your Computer At Home from time to time in its sole discretion (collectively the "Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Repair Your Computer At Home Services.

·         For installing and setting up any services, the hardware should be available. For example: for installing wireless network, a wireless router and a wireless network card should be available.

·         The required hardware or devices should be purchased by the customer or arranged to be supplied by the technician and will be billed to the customer.

·         For any hardware malfunction, it will be referred to the manufacturer after the best effort for setting up and fixing it.

·         There is no guaranty that the system will not be reinfected after virus and spyware removal.

·         Antivirus, antispyware and internet security programs should be purchased by the customer.

·         Customer should have the legal copy with a valid product key of the operating systems which he/she wants to be installed, like Windows XP, Vista or 7.

·         If the customer doesn’t have the original copy with a valid product key, the technician will supply it and the customer will be charged for it.

·         We are not responsible for any data lost of the computers during repair on site or in shop. The customer should have backup of his data prior to repair, or he/she should let the technician know prior to start repairing to perform any possible action to prevent data lost. Preventing data lost is not guaranteed.

·         We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions of use at any time. Please check these terms and conditions of use periodically for changes.
